Nutrition

Everybody knows:

The right nutrition is crucial for our health. Many of us load our shopping carts with fruit and vegetables because we want to eat a healthy and balanced diet. But even so most people' s diet is neither varied nor well-balanced.

The Robert Koch Institute found out that by far more than half of us have a deficiency of folic acid and lack the essential amounts of vitamins D and E.

How could this happen?

Ernährung We need far more vital substances today than in the past. Nicotine, stress, environmental toxins, alcohol and medicine turn out to rob our body of vital substances. We eat too much industrially manufactured food which is high in fat, protein, carbohydrates, salt and sugar, but which is poor in vital substances. Most of our food contains much less vital substances now than it used contain to in the past.

Our food has less and less nutritional value.

Comparison of a study issued in 1985 and the nutritional values of fruit and vegetables determined in a food laboratory in 1996.

Amount of minerals / vitamins per 100g serving
Analyzed ingredient 1985 1996 Difference
14 mg 4 mg - 70 %
27 mg 18 mg - 33 %
Spinach Vitamin C 51 mg 21 mg - 58 %
  Magnesium 62 mg 19 mg - 68 %
37 mg 31 mg - 17 %
21 mg 9 mg - 57 %
Apples Vitamin C 5 mg 1 mg - 80 %

What is to be done about it?

You would like to optimize the value of your food? Then you should mobilize all available backup troops, i.e. the complete range of vital substances, if possible in their pure and natural form and concentrated, so that the body can easily utilise them. This will increase your vitality, boost your concentration span, strengthen your immune system, make you more efficient and even improve your looks (more beautiful skin, hair, nails).
