Vital substances strengthen the immune system
The protective force of our body is, how many of you already know, the immune system. Its ‘assistants’ are distributed all over the body and are cross-linked to each other. This force includes the lymphatic system with the lymphatic nodes, the spleen, the blood, the thymus gland, the bone marrow and the bowels.
Intruders must be disarmed and unwanted invaders must be warded off. Free radicals and other waste materials must be degraded around-the-clock.
The cells of the immune system depend on a sufficient supply of vital substances so that they can work efficiently.
